I am a fan of good green teas, not the dust in a pouch that you can buy for $1.99 at the local grocery store, but a good loose full-leaf style tea, like you can order from Adagio Teas. I stumbled across this article that gives some really good tips about how to properly brew tea in general and green tea in particular. Its well worth the read.
